Interview Process
Six steps, roughly three weeks start to finish. Every interview is a video call — no surprise on-sites, no all-day marathons. We tell you what to expect at each stage, and we give feedback whether you get the offer or not.

Application Review
A recruiter reviews your application within five business days. No black-hole inboxes — you'll hear back either way.
Recruiter Screen
A 30-minute call to align on the role, your goals, and logistics like comp expectations and timeline. We'll share specifics about the team and product area.
Hiring Manager Interview
A 60-minute conversation focused on how you handle ambiguity, make trade-offs, and operate in past roles. Behavioral, not trivia.
Team Panel
Meet 2–3 people you'd actually work with. For engineering roles: real-world technical scenarios, not LeetCode. For go-to-market roles: case-based discussions drawn from actual deals.
Leadership Interview
A senior leader digs into your experience and how you think about impact at scale. This is also your chance to ask hard questions about where the company is heading.
Decision
The hiring team meets, makes a call, and you hear back within a week. Offers come with details. Rejections come with candid feedback you can actually use.
Tips for Your Interview
Prepare like you would for a peer conversation, not a test. Review the role description and think about the specific problems you've solved that are most relevant. Our technical interviews use production-like scenarios — brush up on system design and trade-off reasoning rather than algorithm puzzles. Test your video setup beforehand. Ask us tough questions — the best interviews are the ones where both sides are evaluating fit.
